Every field PropertySight returns is sourced from a record you can name. No proprietary guesswork. The list below is the full set of providers we draw on, what each one contributes, and whether the source is public or licensed.
BatchData
Our nationwide property and ownership data partner. BatchData consolidates county recorder and assessor records, mortgage, lien, foreclosure, permit, listing, and contact data from thousands of jurisdictions into a normalized feed. The majority of fields PropertySight returns on a scan — and every record purchased through a tier — originates with BatchData. Skip-traced phone numbers are also checked against the FTC's National Do Not Call Registry through this partnership before any contact appears in the app.

Google Maps Platform & Google Solar API
Address geocoding, reverse geocoding, satellite imagery, building footprints, and place data — plus the Google Solar API for roof orientation, surface area, and annual sunlight data. When you point your phone at a building, Google's geocoder is what turns your GPS, bearing, and image into a candidate address for confirmation.
