Delete Your Account & Data

This page explains how to request deletion of your PropertySight account (developer: PropertySight LLC) and the personal data associated with it. It applies to the PropertySight Android app.

How to request account deletion

Option A — In the app (recommended)

1. Open the PropertySight app while signed in.
2. Tap More.
3. Tap Delete account.
4. Confirm when prompted.

Your account and data are deleted right away. Because we take routine backups, allow up to 30 days for the deletion to fully propagate through backup systems.

Option B — If you have uninstalled the app or cannot sign in

Email privacy@propertysightapp.com from the email address associated with your PropertySight sign-in, with the subject line "Delete my account." We will verify your request and delete your account and associated data. We respond to verifiable requests within 45 days (and typically much sooner).

What data is deleted

When your account is deleted (by either method above), we permanently remove:

• Your saved finds, notes, links, activity entries, and tags
• Your photos
• Your agent profile information (name, phone, email, brokerage, license, photo)
• Your credit and scan balances
• Server-side cached property data tied to your finds
• Your sign-in record (your Google or Apple sign-in for PropertySight), so the account no longer exists

What is retained, and for how long

Two narrow categories survive account deletion in anonymized, de-identified form only — neither can be linked back to you, and neither contains your finds, photos, contact data, or profile:

• Skip-trace compliance records: if you ever performed an owner (skip-trace) lookup, the App recorded your attestation to a lawful basis. On deletion, each attestation is anonymized (personal identifiers removed) and moved to a compliance ledger, retained for 4 years from the attestation date to satisfy the federal TCPA statute of limitations and comparable state laws, then automatically deleted.
• Purchase receipts: in-app purchase receipts are de-identified (your user identifier is stripped, leaving only platform, product, and redemption time) and retained to meet billing and audit obligations and to prevent a purchase token from being redeemed again. They cannot be linked back to you.

Apart from these anonymized records, no category of your personal data survives account deletion.
